iPhone: unscathed!
Yeah I totally upgraded my software to 2.0. Initially I was being lazy and figured that I’d get around to it when they released it through iTunes for all people. But this morning I got the urge and figured it would take about as long to complete as it would for me to get ready to head to work — wrong, it took a bit longer. Still, I upgraded, downloaded a few free apps and was out the door. Unfortunately since wifi does not flow freely here and as you can see my signal strength sucks in the office, I haven’t played with it all that much. Jott is the only application I haven’t opened at all, and I’m thoroughly disappointed with Bank of America (no shock there) as their “application” is no different than surfing to their mobile site, no advantages offered by the application at all.
Still, I’m glad I upgraded before this morning’s rush. The stories coming in about it sound a little nightmarish on the part of employees and those lined up. Also, the new shortcut to take a screen capture? Love it. ![]()
